Disney Cruise Line has reintroduced the Southern California Resident exclusive rate program for sailings aboard Disney Magic and Disney Wonder from San Diego and Long Beach homeports. The program offers special per-night pricing typically 15 to 25% below standard fares for qualifying residents, with separate pricing tier available to Costco members in the region. This marks the first availability of the SoCal resident rate since 2023.

Bottom line: Regional resident rates are rare from DCL and typically sell out fast. If you're considering a 7-day Western Caribbean or 3-day Baja cruise from San Diego, lock in rates before inventory clears out in early April.
